AI assistant for a mortgage brokerage
- Problem
- A mortgage broker was losing time to manual client intake, document chasing, and qualification — work that pulled focus off the pipeline.
- Approach
- Designed and built an AI assistant that automates client intake, document collection, and the qualification workflow on top of the broker’s existing tools.
- Outcome
- The broker works the pipeline while the assistant does the chasing. Engagement ongoing.

Attorney billing & practice automation
- Problem
- A law practice needed time capture, matter-based invoicing, and client reporting — without adopting a new platform the firm would have to learn.
- Approach
- Designed and built the billing system with AI tooling on top of the records the practice already keeps: time capture, matter-based invoicing, and client reporting.
- Outcome
- Billing and reporting run on the firm’s existing records instead of a new system. Engagement ongoing.

Manufacturing ERP & accounting automation
- Problem
- A wholesale-distribution and light-manufacturing operation needed accounting automation and a manufacturing application with a full Bill of Materials, built around an active warehouse and production floor.
- Approach
- Accounting automation across Zoho Books, plus a custom manufacturing application in Zoho Creator with a full Bill of Materials module, integrated bidirectionally with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books. Built on-site.

- Delivered across 2024–2025, integrated bidirectionally across the Zoho stack.
